Following are the village rules, to be updated on schedules and services, on the responsibilities and rights of each of our customers.
Number 1
Bungalow will be delivered at 17.00 on the day of arrival and must be left before 10 am on the day of departure, if you book the week; in case of weekend bookings, the bungalow will be delivered at 17.00 on the day of arrival and must be left before 19.00 on the day of departure; in any case the bungalow must be left clean and tidy and must be occupied by the number of people provided by the beds, as per public security authorization, without exceptions.
Number 2
In case of daytime guests, the Management must be warned in advance; the rate for detention over one hour is € 10.00 per person; guests are required to issue a document by law, and must leave the structure max for 23.00 hours. In the event of overcrowding (public holidays and mid-August holidays) the Management can refuse access to visitors for reasons of public order.
Number 3
The payment is regularized with an advance deposit of 30% of the amount provided and the balance upon arrival at the Village; there is no refund of down payment in case of cancellation of the stay.
Any extra bed cost must be paid upon arrival at the Village
Number 4
Small animals must have a health card, be supervised by the owners and can not circulate in common places (bar and swimming pool); a mandatory cleaning and final cleaning fee of € 50 is required, to be paid upon arrival at the resort.
Number 5
It is mandatory to respect the silence during the hours of rest (14: 00-16: 00 and beyond 24.00)
Number 6
The waste must be deposited in the places indicated, on the days and at times established within the village, with the criterion of differentiation; it is strictly forbidden to leave them outside the bungalow for hygienic reasons
Number 7
The activities start at 7:30 (bar opening) and end at 24 with suspension from 14 to 16 hours (silence)
Number 8
The swimming pool opens from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 4.00 am to to 7.30 pm; it is mandatory to use the shower before the bath and the cap, which can be purchased at the Village Bar.
Number 9
The beach will have rescue activities from 8.00 am to 7:00 pm; in the hours not foreseen the Direction does not assume any responsibility for damages to people and / or things.
Number 10
Inside the village lives a small group of cats, cared for by the staff. Some are used to human contact and others are not. We ask all our guests to be acceptable and respect them.

The Residence formula is for those who want to have full autonomy throughout the holiday.
Booking this formula you will have a bungalow with kitchen and you can be completely independent from the rest of the structure.
You will have accommodation units of 16sqm with capacity for 4 to 6 people with kitchenette, French bed, bunk bed, bathroom with sink, shower, bidet.
Breakfast, bed linen and towels are not included and can be brought by the client or rented on site.
The costs of final cleaning is not included but is is mandatory and are charged at the end of the stay for an amount of € 30.00 and the daily tourist tax costs € 1.50 for each adult starting from 13 years
INCLUDED SERVICES
Use of the swimming pool with sunbeds, equipped beach with umbrella, sun bed and deck chairs, entertainment for adults and baby club (from 1 July to 7 September), consumption of the bungalow (water, electricity, gas and air conditioning), private parking, use of the park games.
Inside the village there is a self-service restaurant with the possibility of subscription tickets that can be purchased in the building and a cold table bar on the beach ..

The Accommodation formula is for those who want to have full Relaxation and not think about anything during the whole holiday.
You will have accommodation units of 16sqm with a capacity of 4 people with a double bed, a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a sink and a shower, an LCD TV and a minibar.
The kitchen is not included but a small induction heating stove supplied directly on site upon a deposit of € 50 returned at the end of the stay. The tourist tax has a cost of € 1.50 per day for each adult starting at 13 years.
INCLUDED SERVICES
Breakfast, room cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every 3 days, use of the swimming pool with sun beds, use of the beach equipped with umbrella, sun bed and deck chairs, entertainment for adults and baby club (from 1 July to 7 September), consumption of the bungalow (water, electricity, gas and air conditioning), private parking, use of the playground.
Inside the village there is a self-service restaurant with the possibility of subscription tickets that can be purchased in the building and a cold bar on the beach.
The stay is possible both daily and weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. During the months of July and August, only weekly stays are allowed.

The formula CAMPER formula is addressed to those who want to stay at our facility and enjoy all the services offered.
Daily vehicle parking:
low season (April / May / June / September) € 15 per day;
high season (July / August) € 20 per day;
Compulsory club card :
low season: € 4 per day per person;
high season: € 6 per day per person;
The Club Card includes the following services:
1) Supply of water and electricity (max 6 amps) for the entire period of stay;
2) External toilets; < br> 3) Equipped beach (from 20/06/2020 to 6/09/2020, 1 umbrella, 1 sun bed and 1 deckchair for motor home);
4) Swimming pool (from 1/04/2020 to 20/09 / 2020, 1 sun lounger by the pool for each motorhome);
5) Equipped picnic area with barbecue and wooden gazebos for 6 people for meals (from 1/04/2020 to 20/09/2020);
6) Outdoor playground for children up to 12 years (from 1/04/2020 to 20/09/2020);
7) Daytime and evening entertainment (from 1/07/2020 to 30/08 / 2020)
8) Fenced area for physiological needs of pets (from 1/04/2020 to 20/09/2020);
